Feed a Homeless Pet With Your Keyboard
Before you try to donate your keyboard to the animal shelter as food, you might want to read this blog.
Are you a blogger in Austin? Whether you blog about events in Austin, cooking in your apartment kitchen, or DIY projects, you can help feed a homeless pet just by writing your next blog post. How is this possible, you ask? This great initiative, called “Write a Post, Help a Dog”, is the brainchild of Pedigree and BlogPaws.
BlogPaws is an annual conference for pet bloggers, and Pedigree has teamed up with them after their 2011 meeting to help pets–For every blog post that is written about The Pedigree Foundation, their foundation that works to help homeless pets and animals in need through relief, shelter, and more, they’ll donate a 20 lb bag of pet food to a shelter. You can find out more on this blogger’s page.
We have a soft spot for animals, and we love all of our furry residents in our pet-friendly apartment community. Help us help homeless pets by writing a blog post. When you’re done, register it, then tell is in a comment about your blog.
